Each challenge coin is cast from solid, high-quality zinc alloy and finished with gold, silver, or copper plating. Surfaces undergo high-gloss polishing or antique treatment and are hand-painted. Metal lines will slightly protrude above enamel color blocks. Custom shapes incur no additional charges. Standard thickness is 3mm (approximately 1/8 inch), with designs possible on both sides.
